Extraordinary times call for an extraordinary agency
As an agency we’ve had to adapt to help our colleagues and our clients cope with the effects of the pandemic. Our can-do approach has meant some big results for us and for our clients – which is no mean feat, all things considered.
During 2020, we secured over £1.5m of new business despite the challenges of Covid-19. We won new business from both existing and new clients, with a stellar line-up now including Wacoal, NHS, Peugeot, Cameron Homes, Jaguar Land Rover, Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Marley, certification body CompEx… with further wins across our creative, design, PR, social and digital departments to be announced.
To support this growth, we’ve promoted several RBHers and made several new appointments, including Ash Kinsella as art director, Jack Hughes as video producer, Natasha Whitbourn as social media community manager, Jo James as senior account manager, Joshua Price as digital media manager and Ciara Houlihan and Elle Hackett as account executives.
As our founding partner, Debra Hepburn, says: “Many of our clients, including those in the automotive, retail and fashion sectors were massively impacted in 2020, and we needed to bring all our can-do attitude and creativity to the fore, not only to help clients get through the challenges but to also get through in a way that enabled them to be in the strongest possible position as the world emerges from the pandemic.
“We’re delighted to not only welcome new clients to RBH but to retain and even grow accounts – which is down to our committed and hardworking team. Rather than sit back and wait for ‘real life’ to resume, our brilliant people got stuck in for clients and agency alike.”
RBH has been awarded a Google Partner Badge after over 20% of our team successfully achieved certifications from Google Skillshop and we have also received accreditation from HubSpot which allows us to consult and implement official Hubspot CRM and marketing solutions for our clients.
As partners of Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, we have business wherever your customers look. We are experts on targeting the right users at the right time using the latest technology and brave creative thinking.
And, finally, we’re so proud of all of our work and support for the NHS and its focus upon mental health.
What with everything 2020 and 2021 have thrown at us, we’ve had to be creative about being creative, as we adapt to this extraordinary new world. It’s been tough for us all but we reckon we have got everything to look forward to.
