The creation of a new brand for Utility Stream’s commercial water-broking service.
Objectives
Competition in the energy market is strong. As our client Utility Stream diversified and grew, they wanted to strengthen their position in the water market with a new brand. It was required that the new brand should feel forward-thinking and credible.
Using emotional intelligence
The deregulated water market is complex, making it an arduous task for business owners to ensure they’re with the best supplier. This audience is increasingly wary of being tied in and spending too much. It was clear to us that we needed our client to offer an alternative – water procurement, simplified.
Solution
We created a new name for the brand – Wodr – based on an ancient word for water, with a clear tagline, straightforward TOV and bold visual identity. The delivery also included a new website and paid media campaign to launch the brand into the market.
Results
The client was delighted with the outcome of the final brand and felt it really set them apart from competition. They loved the unique name, vibrant colour palette and clear narrative shown throughout the new brand VI and its execution.
