Employee Values VI
A new identity for Birmingham Airport’s employee engagement programme.
To create a new VI and launch campaign for Birmingham Airport’s internal employee values programme. The VI needed to be instantly recognisable, while still in-keeping with the overarching corporate brand.
The new values were created by the airport’s employees in order to inspire and encourage ways of working that were beneficial to all, rather than just the business.
A colourful and bold identity injected fun into the values, feeling welcoming and positive for new starters. We rolled out the new VI into a full launch campaign including video content, crew room wall designs and printed collateral.
Feedback from key stakeholders on the new VI has been extremely positive, with our bold and fresh approach to an employee engagement programme being well-received from the wider business. The client is looking to extend the VI further with additional employee engagement activities and more collateral.
