Training recently qualified apprentices to create effective content.
Objectives
JTL is a leading work-based learning provider offering apprenticeships in the building services engineering sector. They sought to raise their profile among Gen Z during National Apprenticeship Week.
Using emotional intelligence
The largest share of users on TikTok in the UK is aged 18-24. Through research we found that this audience engages with success stories of influencers and business personalities who are self-made.With this in mind, we decided to help the apprentices themselves create similar content.
Solution
We hosted a training session with apprentices, delivering social media basics, strategy and content creation, including filming and voice-over techniques. We worked with them on content ideas, helping them create the final TikToks in our content studio. The resulting content was then used during National Apprenticeship week.
