National Apprenticeship Week 2024


Training recently qualified apprentices to create effective content.


JTL is a leading work-based learning provider offering apprenticeships in the building services engineering sector. They sought to raise their profile among Gen Z during National Apprenticeship Week.


The largest share of users on TikTok in the UK is aged 18-24, and we noticed that this audience engages with success stories of influencers and business personalities who are self-made.


We hosted a training session with apprentices, delivering social media basics, strategy and content creation, including filming and voice-over techniques. We worked with them on content ideas, helping them create the final TikToks in our content studio. The resulting content was then used during National Apprenticeship week.
