Using PR to elevate the opening of new training centres.

Objectives

As JTL’s network of training centres across England continues to grow, we were tasked with raising awareness of the new facilities by generating positive media coverage in local and trade press.

Insight

We target a wide range of audiences, including apprentices and employers that could potentially take on an apprentice, therefore, we approached multiple national trade and local publications to obtain coverage that targeted both audiences.

Solution

A robust PR plan to deliver news opportunities including pre-launch and post-event. This also included hosting media on-site at launch events.

Results

Over the last 18 months, 40 pieces of media coverage have been generated across tier one publications as well as local news and business press including in-depth interviews with JTL’s Chief Executive, Chris Claydon.
