COVID 19 update

In response to the Government Guidelines for businesses re-opening we have amended our procedures for visitors and updated our privacy policy to reflect the changes. These changes are in addition to our normal policy and procedures.

All visitors to RBH offices will be required to provide the following information when they arrive: 

  • name
  • company name
  • who they are visiting (all RBH employees involved)
  • contact email address
  • contact telephone number

This information will be collected by our receptionist when entering the premises and are for track and trace purposes as well as the normal Fire and Health and Safety requirements.

The information will be held for a maximum of 1 year unless Government guidelines dictate otherwise.

Visitors will also be required to ‘check-out’ with Reception when they leave the building.

Whilst in the building visitors must adhere to the signage and guidelines in place.

How we use the information that we collect

RBH may use the information that it collects from You for the following purposes:
