RBH appointed by CompEx

RBH Creative Communications has been appointed by CompEx to deliver its ongoing PR and social media as well as a series of digital projects.

Established just over 25 years ago, CompEx, which is part of the JTL Group, is the recognised international scheme for competency validation and certification of personnel who work in explosive atmospheres. Having recently launched its brand new website, RBH has been tasked with raising the profile of the organisation and its certifications within the trade by delivering media relations support and content for its social channels.

As part of the brief, RBH is also delivering a number of digital projects, using a mix of targeted paid for social media and a display campaign utilising the Google Display Network (GDN) to target ‘in-market’ audiences both in the UK and internationally.

Huw Bement, director at CompEx, said: “RBH has been working with JTL for over a year, successfully delivering its PR, so we’re looking forward to working with them to deliver a programme of activity to further drive awareness of CompEx and the qualifications we deliver. RBH impressed us with its joined-up approach – delivering a strategy of media relations and organic social coupled with a robust digital plan to help us achieve our ambitious plans for the coming year.”

Rebecca Williams, Partner (PR) at RBH, comments: “We’re delighted to be working with CompEx. This is a fantastic way to finish what has been a challenging year and is testament to the ongoing hard work and commitment of our team.”

Fizz Bingham, Partner (digital) at RBH, adds: “At RBH we work closely to deliver the right solutions and activity to help our clients achieve their goals. It’s great that we’re able to use a mix of marketing disciplines to provide CompEx with a tailored strategy to support them as they continue to grow.”

We will be welcoming some new faces to RBH in the next few weeks. For two of them, this hasn’t been your run-of-the-mill recruitment process as we’re working with Aspire4U and doing it through the government’s new Kickstart Scheme, which is designed to provide funding to create six-month placements for out-of-work 16-24-year-olds who are at risk of long-term unemployment.

Earlier in October, Google quietly released its newest iteration of Analytics. So quietly, in fact, that we don’t blame you if you missed it. Google Analytics 4 or GA-4 is Google’s latest offering, and if you’ve only signed up for a Google Analytics account recently, you will have set-up a GA-4 property by default.
