Our team of account managers can work with you to develop your brief and activation plan. We can then pull together the project team – from our pool of in-house specialists in research and insight, production, digital marketing, social media, digital development, creative, design and artwork – enabling you to tap into a wealth of experience to provide the right skills in delivering your project.

Our practised account management, insight and planning teams have gained a wealth of experience delivering projects that require liaison with multiple stakeholders across business areas and at different levels through to board and business owner.

There are a variety of digital tools we use to help facilitate workflow when dealing with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure that clear visibility and accountability is maintained at all stages.

As part of our client onboarding process, and in line with our QMS processes, we agree on the frequency, format and outputs for our meetings and reports. We have a standard format, but flex this to reflect workload, your business needs and/or team structure. At a minimum you can expect a weekly WIP report and contact report after every meeting. Quarterly reviews, campaign wash-ups and any bespoke requirements you may have can all be scheduled as necessary.
A broad gamut of options is available in the communications mix and we have a production team able to cover any eventuality that may arise.

From the printing of stationery to building wraps, from pack shots to international fashion shoots and films, from websites to marketing portals, as well as direct mail, ECRM and merchandising we have undertaken and successfully delivered a multitude of production projects.

Print has evolved over the years and our print production team has always been helping push the boundaries of what can be achieved. Whether managing via the RBH print supplier roster or a clients’ own print provider, we can help specify materials finishing and formats to deliver the creative idea and enhance the physical experience of receiving a printed piece of communication. Large format, OOH, special builds and personalised direct mail are all catered for.
Getting the right talent for a photoshoot or film is important to help convey the messaging and deliver brand values as well as the creative concept. Through our work for fashion and retail brands we have sourced models from around the world, negotiating their rates and co-ordinating travel and logistics to make sure they arrive at the right time and place for a shoot. Over the years we have established a network of contacts across the globe who support us in providing talent for just about any project, from campaign shoots to brand films, and from social media content to events.
An increasingly important part of our day-to-day responsibilities is the storage and management of marketing assets. Whether that be component assets (images, logos, brand elements, etc) or final marketing assets (ad templates, social media films, digital ads, etc).

Through our experience in retail and franchise network marketing, we have a solid understanding of the systems and processes required to deliver the assets to where they are needed for activation.
