Mundip Chaggar Senior Performance
Marketing Manager
My background is in ecommerce and the digital marketing of highly regulated products. My favourite part of working at RBH is being able to work with a range of clients in different industries, which keeps the day-to-day interesting. It also means the challenges with each account are different and require creative solutions to overcome them. My hobby is working on classic cars. So far, I’ve won two awards, been featured in a magazine – and even been featured in a car review YouTube video!
Robyn Burton PR Account Manager I’ve been in the world of PR for almost five years, working across everything from electrics and heating to pub chains and retirement living. I love the family feel at RBH. I’m a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady and proud. When I’m not doting on my cats, I love to read and keep active. Did I mention I have cats? I’ve almost always worked in media and publishing, but since 2021 I’ve been at creative agencies. I love working in an environment that inspires creativity. Outside of work, I can be found watching the cricket – England and Bazball rule! Zarina Kapasi Business Development Manager I’ve been at RBH since 2004, and adore working with brilliant, lovely, talented colleagues. Mum to two daughters, and owner of a crazy cocker spaniel. When not taxiing children to sports, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors. Sharron Garrington Assistant Accountant Proud to say I’ve worked at RBH for three decades (needless to say, I love it here). I’m Mom to two fabulous boys, 32 and 15. I enjoy experimenting with cooking (throwing everything in a pot see how it turns out) and meditating when I can find the time. Mandy
Parker-Morrissey
Finance Administrator
Prior to RBH I spent some time in the financial world, which led me to working for a bank in California for a year. I joined RBH in 2004 and I think I’ve worked in almost every room in the building. I have to say that I love everything about RBH, which is why I’ve been here so long. I like taking walks with my husband. I dabble with a bit of cooking (but not baking!), and like reading and most of all going on holiday! Sam Hopkins Project Executive After graduating in summer 2025, I swapped out hospitality management for barn life, having managed a restaurant while studying. What I like most about working at RBH is the dogs. Always the dogs! I love cooking, baking and hiking with my boyfriend and our two dogs. Shauna Connelly Junior Account Executive I started as a copywriter after completing an MA in English Lit, then steadily moved into content and social roles. I’ve been at RBH since 2020 and like that the work never gets boring because there’s always a new client or project around the corner. I also like the dogs very much. Petition for more cats. Tash Whitbourn Head of Social A theatre paid me to write a play back in 2017, and I’ve worked as a writer ever since – and for RBH from 2022. I like to read, write and go to the movies. I enjoy RBH because the people are nice, and the work is healthy, like a strong current. See that? A simile. Won’t get that in the other bios. Jago Hepburn Writer I’ve been at RBH since 2019, and am usually found doing a mix of video editing, animation and social asset creation, I love working here because there’s a real mix of work and the people are fab. Outside the barn, I like running, playing chess, learning (or trying to at least) Italian, or watching foreign language films 🍿 Oli Cantrill Creative I’m a creative and conceptual art director and designer with 15 years’ experience in leading design and advertising agencies. One of the things I enjoy most about working at RBH is the shared ambition to push every brief further. Outside of work, my two young daughters keep me happily on my toes, but I still find time for the gym, running, watching football (I’m an avid Nottingham Forest fan), and getting stuck into decorating and DIY projects. Ash Kinsella Head of Art I’ve been a barman, a handyman, a roofer, and a car salesman. But since 2015 I’ve been in the automotive department here. I love the people, the laughs, the dogs, the barn, and the work we do. It’s a lovely mad house at home. It’s all about dog walks (with a pub visit, of course), cooking and the mighty Villa. George Morris Account Director I started at RBH as an account handling intern in 2020. During my time here, I’ve been lucky to know incredible mentors who continue to inspire me. With a background in zoology, I have a love for wildlife. PS I once met and shook hands with David Attenborough when I was a teenager! Elle Hackett Account Manager After nearly ten years in hospitality, I decided it was time for a change and started a master’s degree in marketing management in 2020. I joined RBH’s automotive team five years later and have learnt a lot since. Outside of work I’m a massive foodie (I make a pretty good roast potato, if I do say so myself). Matt Walker Account Manager I started at RBH in 2016 on our retail and fashion accounts, before moving into a more social focused role across aviation, finance and education. I like that everyone here will always go the extra mile. I love making my own clothes and attempting DIY interior projects. My less chilled activities include long-distance running. Charlotte McCann Account Director I’ve worked within the automotive team at RBH since 2014. There’s lots I like about working at RBH – the main ones being the culture, the people and of course the barn. I’m a wife and a proud mum to an amazing daughter. Swimming is my happy place – it’s where I unwind and recharge. Gabrielle Stowe Senior Account Manager There was a lot of experience in a lot of other agencies – and then we made RBH and that was it. I’m very happy that it worked out just as we’d plotted, schemed and dreamed thirty years ago. It’s a mighty fine place to create the best stuff with the best people. Right now, outside of work, I’m involved mostly in the agonies of building a house, and I hope to one day fill it with the people, art, books, food and music I love! (One day.) Debra Hepburn Founding Partner/Managing Director/Dog Prefect Half my life an RBHer! I started in advertising at 16 and after dabbling in magazine editing for a couple of years, came back to it. It’s about the people, always the people. I love how we get to immerse ourselves in industries we might otherwise not get to be involved in. And also how we’re constantly moving and evolving. I’m a mom of two. Reluctant cook. Tone deaf. Always decorating. Reliving my youth through dance classes. Forever introducing the kids to galleries, gigs, travel and John Hughes films. Natalie Griffiths People Partner I’ve worked in PR for over 20 years, at some of the Midlands’ most respected agencies, working my way up from account exec to sitting on the RBH Board today. Nothing beats the feeling of landing that amazing piece of press coverage, even after all these years! What I love about RBH is how we collaborate and share ideas. I’m a boy Mum and dog Mum, so much of my time is spent on country walks, attending cricket matches and trying to get my head round the latest PlayStation game. Rebecca Williams PR Partner I have over a decade working in insights and strategy roles for marketing and advertising agencies, across the US and UK. Today I lead strategies for clients across fashion, pop-up luxury brands and automotive, while taking charge of AI and all new technologies for the agency. I spend my time outside of work collecting watches, walking dogs, crafting specialty coffee, leather working, baking, fermenting, playing guitar, building computers, lifting weights, attending art gallery events, theatre, cinema, listening to a wide array of music, reviewing technology, skateboarding, playing badminton, learning Korean, running Reddit and Discord servers… (and there we must stop you, Joe.) James Hodges Financial Partner
I've been at RBH since the beginning, after time working client-side and at another creative agency. My specialisms are all areas of production, project management, workflow, project financial management etc. plus business processes, CSR/ESG and governance. What I love about RBH are the people, our ethos, the variation, the opportunity to constantly learn, try new things and problem solve! Outside of work I enjoy walking and playing music in a band. Rob Drewry Operations Partner Since starting my career back in South Africa, I’ve worked in advertising almost exclusively (apart from a brief detour into television scriptwriting). I’ve been at RBH for a decade, and for the simple reason it’s the agency that’s felt most like home to me. It’s full of brilliant and talented but down-to-earth people, and I’m always happy to come to work in the morning.
Things I love: books, music, films. And my children.
Michael Vines Creative Partner
I’ve worked in the design and advertising world for more than ten years, picking up a couple of awards along the way (including the very prestigious Best Female Artist award in high school). When I’m not working, I like to eat (but not to cook), to travel (but not to pack), and to run (but not very far). Charlotte Banks Deputy Creative Director I have over 10 years’ experience across food & beverage and retail, with my main focus on fashion, working closely with photographers, stylists and producers to create content for both print and digital. Outside work, I enjoy keeping up to date with interiors and fashion trends, and I’m usually planning my next trip or holiday. I’m into fitness and recently took up running, though I balance that out with a strong fondness for baked goods. I like dogs and my favourite colour is yellow. Hayley Gwynne Head of Design I have been coding since college and now specialise in full-stack development, with a particular interest in DevOps, integration architecture, and software development. What really motivates me is bringing our creative to life – turning designs and ideas the team produce into functional websites, apps, and digital solutions. I have a keen interest in all things tech, especially APIs, AI, robotics, and anything that involves automation. I have salad cream on my ham and pineapple pizza (I’m not allowed back into Italy). Craig Jones Head of Development I first started at RBH as an account handling intern in 2022, fresh from my MSc in Marketing. As well as planning and managing digital campaigns, I specialise in research and insights, finding out everything there is to know about our target audiences. I love the sense of community and laughter we have at the barn. Outside of work, I love reading and crocheting, and I have a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo! Amelia Read Digital Account Manager I joined the RBH digital team right after graduating university. The best thing about RBH is the people – everyone is so friendly! When I’m not monitoring campaigns, I love cooking and baking, as well as spending time with family and friends. Kiran Beesla Junior Digital Executive After qualifying as a graphic designer, I’ve worked in the newspaper and magazine publishing world, working up to studio manager and production director roles before starting at RBH.
The people and the culture at RBH are totally unique – I was hooked from day 1, which was almost 20 years ago now! While mountaineering has always been a passion, triathlon and Ironman have helped push me to do better and go bigger. Love anything outdoor and DIY.
James Whittington Creative Services Director
I’ve spent over eight years working as a designer in agencies and in-house, working on projects across print, digital, branding, packaging, campaign concepts and social. I like the variety at RBH, working across different sectors on a real mix of projects and being encouraged to try new things. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time going to gigs, festivals or exploring new places. Scarlett Danks Designer After graduating in 2003, I began my career at RBH. Since then, I’ve worked within Client Services, specialising in digital. I did experience work at another agency during my “RBH-sabbatical” but the culture and drive of RBH pulled me back. I missed the fast-paced work and passion for brilliant big campaigns. The team here are pretty nice too 😉 School-runs, football and some cricket stuff over the summer means I’m mostly in my car, moonlighting as a taxi service for my son. But I do like walking (occasionally running) and cooking when I have the chance. I am also a BBC Weather Watcher. Fizz Bingham Digital Partner I’ve spent my +30-year career in agency roles, a fair chunk of these for automotive clients, many of which have focused on retailer marketing support. I believe all RBHers have a sense of ownership and pride in what they do – which is a big reason why I’m still here. Away from work I’m an enthusiastic football mum. I enjoy an early morning jog plugged into a true crime podcast, and I’m learning the art of traditional upholstery. (Anyone need a chair restuffed and recovered? I offer very reasonable rates!) Hayley Mottram Automotive Director I’ve had the opportunity to work at various agencies around the West Midlands and am passionate about contributing to results-driven campaigns. One of the things I love most about working at RBH is the forward-thinking nature of the team here. Although a relatively new addition to the team the culture encourages collaboration, continued learning and the freedom to bring fresh ideas. When not at work I am a keen furniture restorer, car-boot enthusiast, and favourite uncle. Rob O’Gara Account Manager I began my career as a production assistant. As the industry evolved, I transitioned into client services and in 2015, I joined RBH. Since then, I’ve delivered retailer marketing campaigns, toolkits and support from both UK and global perspectives. I love the mix of people you get to work with here – the creative thinkers, the organisers and the doers. As Mum to two teenage boys, there’s loads of ferrying people around in my free time. When I get the chance, I love live music and try to get a gig whenever I can. Jo James Account Director After graduating with a degree in Graphic Design I’ve been fortunate to begin my career at RBH. Working on different brands from cars to bras, I love the variety and the creative, collaborative atmosphere of the barn! Plus, my daily treat from the coffee van and office pup fusses. Outside of the office you’ll find me treating myself to yet another coffee (and probably a pastry) because I can always to find an excuse to treat myself! Ellie Hodskinson Junior Account Executive I started at RBH in 2010 as a website designer. Since then, I’ve expanded this skill into Wordpress development, animation, video production, editing, grading and audio mixing. This constant evolution, along with the great mix of people are the reasons I love working here. Outside of work I’m a big music fan and go to as many live gigs as I can. I’m a Villa fan – for my sins – and I love the great outdoors. Walking, running and biking in nature are my favourite ways to unwind. Mark Butcher Senior Digital Creative After graduating from uni I worked at a screenprinters to get the beer tokens in. Then I moved on to a couple of in-house roles. After several years freelancing, I joined RBH full-time in 2018.
I like that RBH is dog-friendly and every week there’s either a birthday or someone returning from holiday with treats. Outside of work I watch a lot of live music and sports, in particular football. UTV!
Kev Bishop Creative
After studying Media & Modern Lit at Goldsmiths, I landed a job at a digital agency (of course). Worked my way up from Trainee Exec to Account Manager and then joined RBH in 2014. Been here ever since, working on everything – fashion, retail, destination, beauty, FMCG, automotive, travel and charities. I love the people here, the ideas these people have, and how we pull together to deliver. I’m a mum of two, so outside of work it’s all about family time! Alice Foster Senior Project Manager Since graduating from university in 2020 and beginning my marketing career in 2023, I have worked predominantly across the automotive sector. My experience spans the full breadth of the industry, from dealer to brand level. My favourite part of the working day is the company we get from all the four-legged friends that visit us at the office! Outside of work, I get a lot of enjoyment in staying active and making the most of my weekends. You will always find me catching up with friends over a flat white at the newest cafe spot.
