RBH wins brief for Northampton Shopping Centre

Creative communications agency, RBH, has won a competitive pitch to promote Grosvenor Shopping.

RBH has been appointed as the Northampton retail destination’s retained PR, social and digital agency and is tasked with managing and delivering content for its social platforms and website, as well as handling its PR and media relations to further raise its profile.

Rebecca Williams, Agency Partner (PR), says: “We’re delighted to have been appointed by Grosvenor Shopping to further drive awareness and footfall to its 40 plus retailers and cafes. The past 18 months has been an incredibly challenging period for the retail sector, and we are proud of how RBH has helped our clients navigate the unique obstacles brought about by the pandemic. To be able to not only retain our clients during this period, but now build upon that feels incredibly rewarding.”

James Roberts, Grosvenor Shopping’s Director, added: “RBH delivered an enthusiastic, well-considered pitch which demonstrated not only an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector, but a clear understanding of Grosvenor Shopping and its needs. We’re confident that RBH will use its extensive PR, social media and digital experience to deliver creative and strategic campaigns that communicate our offering in the most effective and engaging way.”

Above them sat a comical version of the ‘Honey’ logo with devil’s horns and strings reaching down to all of them, seemingly controlling them like puppets.
