Suzuki e Vitara launch
Suzuki
In 2025 Suzuki launched the e Vitara, their first fully electric vehicle. While it was a significant model launch for Suzuki, it took place within a highly competitive environment in the UK market, with many automotive brands adopting aggressive pricing strategies on EVs.
As their Dealer Marketing Agency, we were involved with the brand team, their national agencies and the dealer network, working collaboratively to ensure the most effective launch strategy was in place.
Objective
We were tasked with providing end-to-end support to the Suzuki dealer network, from initial strategy to asset rollout. This was a highly involved launch, with various projects across multiple phases (from vehicle teaser, to pre-order, to launch event).
Insights
With the current Suzuki customer audience being a more traditional demographic, our approach was to assist dealers in breaking any EV myths, while also providing the requirements and deliverables to reach the conquest audience that EVs naturally attract.
Solution
To assist dealers in maximising the campaign, our support was required for each phase, encompassing:
- Agency tools to conduct competitor research
and understand the EV landscape - Retail environment focus, including showroom recommendations and bespoke Point of Sale and
Digital Point of Sale solutions - Proactive internal communication strategy
(e.g. activation guides), to keep dealers informed
in all areas of the launch
- A social & CRM Q&A campaign to assist dealers in breaking EV-related myths to our traditonal audience
- A wide range of deliverables across all channels for dealers to utilise in their local area
- Dealer network & Suzuki regional sales team workshops
- Launch event POS & deliverables
Results
We saw record-breaking engagement and usage on
the Suzuki Dealer Marketing Portal. 100% of the network interacted with the portal throughout this activity period.
Dealers themselves amplified the positive impact our deliverables and strategy provided, by sharing their thoughts on LinkedIn and other platforms, and gave positive feedback in surveys.
