Charity rebrand project
Young People First
Creating a new brand image for a longstanding charity partner.
Brief
Young People First has been a close charity partner of RBH for several years. Providing outreach services such as mentoring and youth clubs, the organisation endeavours to give young people an opportunity to become the best version of themselves. In 2024 it was agreed that its brand image deserved the same opportunity.
Thinking
The new branding for the charity needed to home in on the importance of its work and present it centre stage. It additionally had to appeal to the younger demographic exposed to the charity as well as potential partners and investors. The result, therefore, needed to communicate both the day-to-day actions of the charity as well as its trustworthy foundation.
Solution
We led with the core principle of the company, making YPF’s focus the logo’s defining message. The new logo and positioning visually emphasised – and literally underlined – that young people were the sole directive of this charity’s work. This was shared with Young People First along with extensive guidelines for use in further digital and physical asset production.
