In addition to the business as usual activity for Cameron Homes, RBH delivered an urgent tactical sales campaign to accelerate leads in a somewhat turbulent property market.

Objective
A campaign telling consumers that – despite gloomy economic indicators – it was better to buy a new home sooner rather than later, and that doing so with Cameron Homes made the most of what the market had to offer.
Insights
Market reports showed that the UK housing market, influenced by factors like the end of Stamp Duty changes, was likely to experience a period of muted growth in the coming months, which our client needed to combat.
Solution
A campaign that conveyed a sense of urgency, and the excitement buying a new home should bring, while delivering core incentive messages to drive interest and generate leads quicker. All assets were created in-house, showcasing the wide range of homes, with the campaign running across all Google and Meta platforms.
Results
Between June and September 2025, the campaign drove over 3,000 addititonal users to the website. The cost per landing page view was as little as 31p. The campaign further supported lead generation activity and reduced the cost per lead for business as usual campaigns. The campaign continues to evolve…
