“This is how I see insight”, said Joe. “I will never settle for processes that can be streamlined nor assumptions that are un-based. I will help a client find the best way to a solution regardless of current or presupposing procedures. Insight doesn’t just mean cold data, it’s a blend of commercial understanding with creative means, which provides information in a way anyone can understand.”

With a degree in Political Science from University of Birmingham, Joe started his career at Apple, working from junior technician to Genius; leading training initiatives across multiple locations and representing Apple at a national level at its headquarters in Cork, Ireland.

Moving into the App industry with ‘AppThis’, Joe took on the role of a digital marketing account manager. Joe was tasked with a portfolio of over 30 major clients including Deliveroo, Uber, Candy Crush, Hello Fresh and Clash of Clans. Joe was quickly promoted to commercial insight manager in the UK team, and continued to lead data driven insight into over four million installs a month.

Joe continued: “I’m incredibly excited to join such an enthusiastic, forward thinking agency with a soul. One that encourages a great deal of ‘thinking different’. I can’t wait to show RBH’s current and new clients what I have to offer”.
