RBH appoints Max Bale as Junior Creative

Max joins us as our new Junior Creative, after impressing the team during his three month internship with us.

Having successfully graduated from Falmouth University, with a second-class honours degree in Fine Art, and launching an artist-based online magazine on the way, Max started exploring his career options. Following work experience at a Worcester-based design agency and another at a fine art print design company, Max set his sights on RBH.

Initially here on a six week internship, Max proved himself to be a credible asset, resulting in his time being extended for a total of three months. Max assisted on a variety of clients including, RBH’s very own fashion business, Young British Designers, London Stansted Airport, as well as in-house design work.

After showcasing real potential and demonstrating true RBH qualities, Max was offered a permanent role with us as a Junior Creative – further expanding the creative team following the appointment of our two new heads of creative; Mike Vines and Mark ‘Padders’ Padfield

Mark Padfield, comments: “We are looking forward to seeing Max really get stuck into his role. Max is already delivering some great work so he’s sure to have a bright future at RBH – welcome onboard.”

Mike Vines, adds: “Max demonstrates his passion for this industry and isn’t afraid to put forward ideas of his own. He has fitted into the team seamlessly and we can’t wait to see his career progress.”

Max, said: “RBH is a fantastic agency to kick-start my career and I’m really excited to be part of the team. One of my hobbies is photography, so it will be great to work with RBH’s inhouse photographer too.”
