Flying high with London Stansted Airport

Following a four-way competitive pitch, RBH is excited to be London Stansted Airport’s brand and creative lead agency.

As the fourth largest airport in the UK, London Stansted Airport tasked us with the development of multi-channel campaigns – spanning creative, advertising and content creation, which targeted customers, B2B and retail audiences.

Commenting at the time of the appointment, Fizz Bingham, digital partner at RBH, said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded this contract. London Stansted is one of the fastest growing airports in the UK, seeing over 24 million passengers travelling through the terminal on an annual basis and flying to over 190 destinations. To be able to help them achieve its ambitious growth plans is an exciting opportunity for the agency and we’re looking forward to continuing the work in the year ahead”.

Since the appointment, a host of work has been undertaken, including; a multi-faceted brand research and strategy project; the 100th million passenger campaign with outdoor and in-airport creative, a suite of films and a competition. This was followed by a total redesign of the customer preparation brand materials, plus regular social assets for release across the London Stansted Airport channels. Closing the year on the Christmas campaign with a gift-guide, in-airport creative assets, social content and signage.
