RBH makes Midlands shortlist for PRCA Dare Awards 2017

After winning two golds and a silver at the Roses Creative Awards, the #Glitch campaign makes the shortlist in three categories in PRCA Dare Awards 2017.

RBH is thrilled to announce the #Glitch campaign for SANE Mental Health Charity has made the Midlands shortlist for the PRCA Dare Awards 2017 in three categories; Charity/ Not for Profit Award, Low Budget Campaign Award, and Digital and Social Media Campaign of the Year.

The PRCA Awards acknowledges and rewards the best PR and communications professionals and agencies from across the UK, with the winners being decided by a panel of highly respected industry experts across five regions.

The aim of the campaign was to help destigmatise mental illness, leveraging World Mental Health Day for maximum impact using the hashtags #Glitch for #WMHD16. The highlight of the integrated social campaign was James Arthur asking a live TV audience of 7.5 million to hashtag glitch whilst appearing on The X Factor.

#Glitch had a reach of 14.6 million across Instagram and Twitter, with 100,000 people talking about it on Facebook post TV mention, helping SANE to increase its following by 3009% on Twitter, and 599% on Facebook.

The award ceremony is due to take place on 5th July with top regional PR agencies and consultancies competing for industry recognition – best of luck to all those shortlisted for 2017.
