RBH Creative Communications has been named as an official sponsor of homeless charity, KipBag.
RBH Creative Communications has been named as an official sponsor of homeless charity, KipBag, which aims to provide essential items to keep the homeless warm, clean and dignified.
The Birmingham-based charity aims to raise in excess of 3,000 KipBags and distribute them to homeless causes and charities across the UK. Each KipBag contains essential items including sleeping bags, toiletries and warm clothing.
Support provide by RBH includes creative, social, and DOOH advertising in two prime positions within Birmingham, thanks to TPM Media.
A number of KipBags have also been purchased and provided to those on the streets of Birmingham.
Natalie Griffiths, agency partner at RBH, says: “Although KipBag was only established this year, it is already making strides in meeting its target of providing 3,569 bags, one for every person sleeping rough in the UK, over the next 12 months. In Birmingham alone there are nearly 900 people classed as homeless, one of the highest rates of homelessness in the country. We’ll be supporting KipBag as it strives to help those in need and urge others to do the same.”
KipBag founder, Chris Haycock, adds: “We’re extremely grateful for RBH’s support, which has already included the donation of a number of KipBags, along with a series of powerful adverts they’ve created to support the work we’re doing. Homelessness is not discriminatory, it can happen to anyone at any time and we feel we have a moral obligation to help those who are less fortunate than us. We’re completely reliant on the generous support of businesses and individuals, so please get in touch if you’re able to help and support us.”
