Young British Designers Pop Up At Stylist Live

YBD at Stylist Live 2015

Young British Designers were invited to take part in this year’s Stylist Live.

A four-day festival of cocktails, culture, catwalks and conversation hosted by Edith Bowman and Dawn O’Porter that ran from Thursday 15 – Sunday 18 October 2015.

YBD were thrilled to be asked by Stylist Magazine and set up their first ever pop-up shop in their 5 year history. YBD selected designers from their current curated AW15 collection, including key items from Kelly Love, Aries, Sophie Hulme, M Hulot, Faustine Steinmetz and Renli Su.

The event was a huge success…and extremely busy – with hoards of people gathering at the Business Design Centre in North London for talks, performances and tutorials from big names such as Davina McCall, Nigella Lawson, Pixie Woo, Salman Rushdie and Laura Mvula.

But those hoards also had many pop-ups to browse, with a cheeky glass of bubbles in their hands. And the company was great – Rituals, Kith & Kin, Little Ondine and The Botanist. YBD were run off their feet all day – talking to so many different people and answering lots of questions. There was so much interest in the designers, the products and the story of YBD… and many went away with our lookbook and eagerly wanting to check out more designers on the site…
